Spend a couple of hours unlocking the magic. Release your wild inner-child, get messy, and CREATE.
With prompts, I will help you in the process. I promise you will not want to stop once you get going. As a licensed Art Therapy Practitioner I can help you discover more about your feelings and emotions by using Art & Creative Expression. Did I mention ART helps elevate moods and reduces STRESS.

Get Ready for some insight into this personality test designed to see deeper into your subconscious.
Participants will be instructed to visualize a series of scenes, but instead of writing down the answers to the questions, they will paint them!
While this experience is more for fun than anything else, it should help you understand more about yourself -your relationships, your work, your family life, and how you manage stress.
This is just a personality test, it may or may not ring true for you; things in life change, and how we perceive our lives also changes over time; this is more of a reflection of how you perceive life right now.
I explain what each subject relates to (almost like having your cards read) I also give you a handout so you can remember each subject's meaning and significance.
